The Central Housing Community Network is the tope tier of the Housing Community network acting as a consultative forum for the N.I.H.E and dealing with policy issues that affect residents across all service areas of the N.I.H.E. The forum meets ten times a year and is made up of members from each of the 35 disticts throughout Northern Ireland.
